Shipping & Handling Policy

At Kingdom Detailed, we take pride in providing quality, made-to-order merchandise and ensuring each order is handled with care. This Shipping & Handling Policy explains how orders are processed, fulfilled, and delivered.
1. Order Processing
All merchandise orders are made to order. Once your order is submitted through our Google Form, you will receive an email confirming product availability, total cost, and payment instructions.
Orders are not processed until full payment has been received via Interac e-Transfer.
Once payment is confirmed, your order enters the production queue.
Production times vary depending on the product but generally range from 7–14 business days before shipping or pickup.
You will receive a follow-up message when your order is ready for pickup or has been shipped.
2. Payment Method
All payments must be made via Interac e-Transfer to the email address provided at checkout.
We do not process credit card, debit, or PayPal payments.
Orders will only be started once e-transfer payment has been received and verified.
3. Shipping Options
We currently offer the following options:
Local Pickup: Customers in the local area may arrange pickup at an agreed-upon location. Pickup details will be confirmed after payment is received.
Shipping (if available): Orders requiring shipping will be sent via a trusted courier or Canada Post. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided before payment.
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for lost or delayed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
4. Handling and Packaging
Each item is packaged with care to ensure safe delivery. We take reasonable steps to prevent damage during transit, but once the order has been handed over to the courier, the shipment becomes the responsibility of the carrier.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can assist you.
5. Made-to-Order Policy and Returns
All Kingdom Detailed merchandise is custom-made to order. This means every product is created specifically for you once payment is received.
Because of this, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless:
You receive the wrong item or size, or
The product is damaged upon arrival.
Please ensure you double-check your size, color, and product details before submitting your order.
6. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timelines vary based on production time, product availability, and courier service.
Local pickup orders are typically ready within 5–10 business days.
Shipped orders usually arrive within 7–14 business days after dispatch.
While we strive to meet these timelines, delays can occur due to factors beyond our control, such as supplier issues or courier delays.
7. Tracking and Communication
If tracking is available for your shipment, we will provide tracking details via email once your order has shipped.
If your order does not include tracking (for example, local pickup orders), we will communicate directly with you to arrange collection.
8. Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order has been shipped, Kingdom Detailed is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages caused by postal or courier services.
If this occurs, we will do our best to assist you in contacting the carrier to resolve the issue.
9. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
Providing accurate contact, payment, and shipping information
Confirming product selections (size, color, style, etc.) before ordering
Checking all order details in their confirmation email
Failure to provide correct information may result in delays or non-delivery, for which Kingdom Detailed cannot be held responsible.
