Shipping & Handling Policy

At Kingdom Detailed, we value honesty, care, and quality in everything we do — including how we prepare and deliver your made-to-order merchandise. This Shipping & Handling Policy explains how orders are processed, packaged, and delivered, as well as the responsibilities of both Kingdom Detailed and our customers.

1. Order Processing

All merchandise is made to order to ensure quality and reduce waste.

Once your order is submitted through our Google Form, you will receive an email confirming:

• Product availability

• Total cost

• Payment instructions
  
  

Orders are not processed until full payment has been received via Interac e-Transfer.

Once payment is confirmed, your order enters production. Production typically takes 7–14 business days, depending on the item and current order volume.

You will receive a message when your order is ready for pickup or has been shipped.

2. Payment Method

All payments must be made via Interac e-Transfer to the address provided when ordering.
We do not process payments by credit card, debit card, or PayPal.

Orders will not begin production until full payment has been received and verified.

3. Shipping & Pickup Options

We currently offer two fulfillment options:

A. Local Pickup
Customers located nearby may arrange local pickup. Pickup times and locations will be confirmed once your order is ready.

B. Shipping (if available)
Orders that require shipping will be sent through a trusted courier or Canada Post.
Shipping costs and delivery estimates will be provided before payment is made.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct and complete.
Kingdom Detailed is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or non-delivery caused by incorrect address information.

4. Handling & Packaging

Each product is handled with care to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.
Items are packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.

Once an order is handed over to the courier or postal service, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you.

5. Production and Delivery Timelines

Because products are made to order, production generally takes 7–14 business days.
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the chosen courier service but typically range between 7–14 business days after dispatch.

Delays can occasionally occur due to supplier issues, holidays, or courier delays. While these are outside our control, we will always communicate updates as needed.

6. Tracking Information

If tracking is available for your shipment, we will provide it via email once your order has been shipped.
If your order is for local pickup, tracking is not applicable; we will notify you directly when it’s ready for collection.

7. Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order has shipped, Kingdom Detailed is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
We will do our best to help you contact the courier to resolve any delivery issues.

8. Returns and Exchanges

Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges, except for items that are:

• Damaged during shipping, or

• Incorrect due to an error on our part.

9. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate shipping and contact information

• Double-checking product details (size, color, style, etc.) before ordering

• Reviewing all order confirmation details before payment
