Welcome to Kingdom Detailed. By booking a service, requesting a quote, purchasing merchandise, or communicating with us in any way, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our services or placing an order.
1. Our Mission
At Kingdom Detailed, our work is built on Christian values — honesty, integrity, and excellence. We strive to serve every customer with care, providing high-quality detailing that reflects our commitment to doing all things “for the glory of God” (1 Corinthians 10:31).
2. Services
Kingdom Detailed provides professional vehicle detailing services, including but not limited to:
Interior and exterior cleaning
Polishing and waxing
Vacuuming and upholstery care
Specialty detailing packages
Service availability, pricing, and duration may vary based on vehicle condition and package selection. All quotes are provided in good faith but may be adjusted upon inspection of the vehicle.
3. Appointments and Scheduling
Appointments can be made through our website, social media, or direct contact.
Please arrive or have your vehicle ready at the scheduled time.
If you need to reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.
Missed appointments or same-day cancellations may result in a service fee.
4. Payments
All payments are due upon completion of inspection, unless otherwise agreed.
Kingdom Detailed accepts Interac e-Transfer payments only.
Payment details will be provided upon booking or at the time of service. We do not process credit or debit cards and never collect or store banking information.
5. Satisfaction and Liability
We take pride in our work and aim for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your detailing service, please notify us within 24 hours so we can make it right.
However, Kingdom Detailed is not responsible for:
Pre-existing damage, wear, or defects in materials or finishes
Damage caused by aftermarket parts or poor prior maintenance
Items left in vehicles before service
Environmental factors after the service (dust, rain, pollen, etc.)
We always handle every vehicle with care, but customers agree that Kingdom Detailed is not liable for incidental or consequential damages.
6. Vehicle Condition
To provide the best results, please remove all personal belongings prior to your appointment. Additional fees may apply for excessive dirt, pet hair, mold, or biohazard materials.
7. Quotes and Pricing
Quotes are based on the information provided by the client and vehicle condition at the time of inspection. Final pricing may change depending on vehicle size, condition, and service add-ons.
8. Privacy
Your privacy matters to us. Any personal information provided (such as name, phone number, email, or vehicle details) is used solely to schedule, complete, and communicate about your services.
We do not share, sell, or disclose your information to third parties.

11. Merchandise Sales
Ordering Process
Kingdom Detailed offers branded merchandise (such as apparel and accessories) available through our website or designated Google Forms.
To place an order, fill out the order form with your preferred product, size, color, and quantity.
Once submitted, you will receive an email confirming product availability and total cost.
After confirmation, payment must be made via Interac e-Transfer before your order is processed.
Orders are not finalized until full payment is received and confirmed.
We do not process online credit or debit card payments and do not use third-party checkout systems.
Made-to-Order Policy
All Kingdom Detailed products are made to order. This allows us to maintain high quality standards and reduce waste.
Because of this, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order is placed.
Please double-check all details (such as size, color, and product type) before submitting your order.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the issue, and we will review your case individually.
Shipping and Pickup
Merchandise may be available for local pickup or shipping depending on the item.
Shipping costs (if applicable) will be disclosed before payment.
Delivery timelines vary depending on product type and supplier availability.
Ownership and Use
All Kingdom Detailed merchandise and designs are the property of Kingdom Detailed.
Products are intended for personal use and may not be reproduced, resold, or altered for commercial purposes without written consent.
